Vel’s Large Waterproof Waterproof Saddle Bag is a simple yet very effective way of carrying tools and spares on the bike. The 0.8 litre bag is fully waterproof, with welded seams and water-resistant zip so the contents remain protected from any rain or road spray, and the large clamshell-style zip helps with easy access. There is an internal stiffener to spread the load when cinching the bag to the saddle and a mesh pocket inside to help separate the contents. Externally, there is a mesh sleeve to hold a small pump and Velcro strap to attach the bag securely to the saddle rails and seatpost. Long zip pulls make opening the bag with gloves on easier and reflective details add extra visibility in low light.
