Description
The Vivobarefoot Tracker 2 FG Hiking Boots combine hard wearing protection with a good feel of the ground to retain that barefoot status. Leather from free-roaming cattle on small scale farms makes up the upper and is paired with a Firm Ground sole, ideal for rocky or hard terrains, whether they're wet or dry. With a hydrophobic treatment, sealed seams, non-absorbent materials and an inner membrane, these boots are completely waterproof, and the thermal insole can be removed to cater for a range of temperatures.
Key to ground feel is the flexible and thin (2.5mm) base and 4mm lug height, delivering plenty of traction from the sticky rubber compound while keeping you closer to nature. A highlight of these boots is how they are produced. The brand utilises sustainable and recyclable materials wherever possible for a reduced impact on the planet, and every pair of shoes they make is designed to be remade when they come to the end of their original lifespan, limiting waste to landfill.
