The Wolf Tooth Components EnCase System Chain Breaker + Tyre Plug Multi-Tool is part of the innovative EnCase™ System and designed specifically to fit inside the Storage Sleeve. It has a chain breaker that works with all chains including 12-speed, plus a tool to insert a strip to plug punctures in tubeless tyres and get back riding as soon as possible.
