BMC Teammachine SLR01 ONE Disc Road Bike 2022
BMC’s Teammachine SLR01 ONE Disc Road Bike is the perfect companion for riders who revel in the climb. It features a mouth-watering selection of components that combine with the carbon frame to bring the weight down to a UCI-illegal 6.4kg.
With a little more vertical compliance than BMC’s Tuned Compliance Concept Speed frames, the TCC Race carbon layup is ideal for long days in the big mountains and saves some weight too. Aerocore bottle cages integrate with the frame’s tube shapes to lessen drag and both the frame and fork have internal cable routing for a clean look and improved aerodynamics.
Key to the bike’s low weight and climbing prowess is the incredibly light DT Swiss Mon Chasseral wheelset. Despite their weight, the carbon rims are tubeless-ready and have a crosswind-friendly 24mm section so that they won’t be a handful whatever the weather. Premium DT Swiss 180 hubs and spokes also help reduce weight whilst maintaining good strength, efficiency and comfort, with the EXR ratchet freehub offering near-instant engagement.
Shifting duties are performed faultlessly by Shimano’s semi-wireless Dura-Ace Di2 system which now has a 12-speed cassette so that it is easier than ever to find exactly the right cadence at any point. The shifters communicate wirelessly with the derailleur and battery loom within the frame, keeping the cockpit tidy and easier to adjust. They also provide easy communication with bike computers or smartphones for data recording and customisation. The hydraulic brakes have also received an upgrade as they now operate using Servo-Wave technology which means more power, easier modulation and a bigger gap between pads when not in use so less potential for rubbing.
Premium finishing kit includes a Fizik Argo Vento 00 and a carbon seatpost with a one-piece carbon stem and handlebar.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
