Lighter and grippier than its predecessor, the HOKA ONE ONE’s Speedgoat 5 Women's Trail Running Shoes are now faster and more comfortable than ever, making them ideal for technical terrain.

Central to its off-road performance is the Vibram Megagrip outsole with Traction Lug design that has been designed to work on loose, slippery surfaces, giving great braking, acceleration and direction changes. The CMEVA midsole has been lightened, but still provides an incredibly plush ride whilst the late stage Meta-Rocker ensures excellent energy return and propulsion with each stride. 

The upper is all about comfort, with the EV sockliner, extended heel tab and Lay Flat gusseted tongue ensuring that there are no irritation points that could cause issues on longer runs. The dynamic sandwich mesh is both breathable and flexible so that it moves easily with the foot and even stretches to accommodate foot swelling. There is a rubber toe bumper to protect the mesh from rocks, roots and other trail debris.
